Bozeman Pole Fitness is now Bozeman Aerial Fitness, we teach fitness-based pole and burlesque classes. The style of pole we teach has elements of yoga, pilates, gymnastics, dance, strength training and cardio. In class we build strength, flexibility and self confidence.All workouts are designed by an ACE certified personal trainer and Master Instructor with the Pole Fitness Association. All classes are taught by Pole Fitness Association Instructors. Feel strong and sexy with pole.

Welcome to the next level of pole. Pole two begins the journey into aerial moves and building strength and body awareness. Class includes strength building work, transitions and building a base for harder aerial moves.

Join our fab instructor Immanuela in this multi-level class that will help you clean-up your pole moves and discover moves you didn't know you had.
